This historic building built by National Hosiey in the 20’s has been coverted to a 124 unit luxury loft apartment building in the heart of Hamilton. Work included interior demolition of most of the walls and keeping the exterior fascade intact. An additional half story was added to the top floor to allow for higher ceilings in the loft apartments. The building also includes a gymnasium and several common areas.
