Located on the shores of Lake Ontario, this waterfront residence was enhanced with a series of architectural and landscape upgrades designed by Whiteline Architects. A custom flat-roof canopy bridges the gap between two existing hip roof sections, creating a modern extension that defines the rear façade while maximizing outdoor living potential.
The scope also included the design of hardscape elements and retaining walls that shape the property’s landscape, providing structure and flow to the outdoor spaces. Together, these interventions frame breathtaking lake views and seamlessly connect the home to its natural waterfront setting.
