Thorold Fire Station No.4

This Fire Station in south Thorold accommodates volunteers from two former satellite stations under one roof. Three double depth drive-through garage bays accommodate six vehicles concurrently, and feature central drainage grates below each vehicle location. Connected to the truck bays are various support spaces, including a large Gear Room, a HASMAT shower and service sink, commercial washers and dryers, work bench and communication desk and ancillary storage areas. Adjacent to the Gear Room are Men’s and Women’s Locker Rooms and Washrooms, all Barrier-Free compliant. The Administrative component of the facility includes an Office, a dedicated Meeting Room, a large Training Room with adjacent Kitchen, and various other support spaces.
